Day 1: Guwahati to Shillong | Gateway to Meghalaya (100 km / 3.5 hrs)

Arrival: Pick up from Guwahati Airport (GAU) or Guwahati Railway Station by private AC vehicle. Drive to Shillong.

En Route Sightseeing:

Umiam Lake: Stop at the scenic viewpoint surrounded by pine forests.

Day 2: Shillong to Cherrapunji | Waterfalls & Limestone Caves (55 km / 2 hrs)

Morning: Breakfast at hotel, check out, and drive towards Cherrapunji (Sohra).

Sightseeing Highlights:

Elephant Falls: Scenic multi-tiered waterfall in pine woods.

Mawsmai Cave: Natural limestone cave with stalactites and stalagmites.

Nohkalikai Falls & Seven Sisters Waterfalls: Dramatic plunge waterfalls into deep gorges.

Night: Overnight stay at hotel/resort in Cherrapunji.

Day 3: Cherrapunji to Dawki, Mawlynnong & Return to Shillong (160 km / 5 hrs)

Morning: Early breakfast at resort, check out, and head towards the border region.

Sightseeing Highlights:

Dawki (Umngot River): Ride on the transparent crystal-clear river (boating fees extra).

Mawlynnong Village: Visit Asia's cleanest village and the Riwai Living Root Bridge.

Evening: Drive back to Shillong for stay.

Day 4: Shillong to Kaziranga National Park (240 km / 6 hrs)

Morning: Breakfast at hotel, check out, and drive down towards the plains of Assam to Kaziranga.

Afternoon: Arrival in Kaziranga, check-in to resort, and relax amidst tea garden environs.

Evening: Optional visit to Kaziranga Orchid and Cultural Park to enjoy local folk dance and music (at own cost).

Night: Overnight stay at resort in Kaziranga.

Day 5: Kaziranga Jungle Safari Experience

Morning: Early morning Jeep Safari / Elephant Safari in the Central or Western Range of Kaziranga National Park to spot One-Horned Rhinos, wild buffalos, deer, and exotic birds (safari subject to forest department slot availability).

Afternoon: Post lunch, optional second jeep safari in another safari range (at own cost).

Night: Overnight stay at resort in Kaziranga.

Day 6: Kaziranga to Guwahati Departure (220 km / 5 hrs)

Morning: Breakfast at resort and complete check-out.

Departure: Drive back to Guwahati and transfer to Guwahati Airport (GAU) or Guwahati Railway Station for your onward journey.
